All bookings and reservations must be made through our sole agent AZURE SKY TOURS (84 A, Mahabandoola Rd., Shwe Pinlon Housing, Rose Park II, Myauk Dagon Tsp., Yangon, Myanmar.
a. Payment: A deposit of 20 % (non refundable) of the charter price is due 14 days after we have accepted the booking. The rest of the payment is due four weeks prior to departure. Cancellation: If the tour is cancelled 59-45 days before departure 50 % of the total amount is to be paid. If the tour is cancelled between 44 and 30 days before departure, 75 % of the total amount is to be paid and for cancellation less than 29 days before departure the full amount is to be paid. If the charter passage is cancelled by our company for whatever reason the price for the passage will be refunded in full.
b. Regular tours: A deposit of 20 % is payable 14 days after we have accepted the bookings. The rest is due four weeks before departure. Cancellations: The tour can be canceled free of charge until 4 (four) weeks before departure. After this period the full amount will be charged.
We reserve the right, when necessary, to alter timetables or re-route vessels for reasons of safety or due to adverse weather conditions without notice. Although any such action will be exceptional, we do not guarantee to operate any services in accordance with published schedules, or at all.
For your own safety and the safety of others, you must follow instructions given by our crew when on board of our vessel. The master may refuse to carry any passengers, or direct any passenger to disembark, where the behaviour of that passenger is liable to cause nuisance or offence to the other passengers or put at risk the safety of the passenger, other passengers, crew, or vessel.
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay to any persons or their possessions whilst embarking or disembarking from the vessel or during the voyage, which may arise from, or be in any way connected with, any act, omission, or negligence of any person employed by us.
The Company will not be liable for injuries, accidents, sickness or death to any persons resulting from any act or omission other than the Company's negligence.
We do not accept responsibility for any luggage or belongings brought on board. If you bring any such items on board they remain your responsibility at all times.
Even though we do our best, embarkation and disembarkation may prove difficult at certain places (slippery or steep river banks etc.). Therefore, passengers should consult their doctor before the trip to make sure that they are fit for travel. Wheel chairs are not allowed.
We do not accept pets aboard our ship
Unless agreed otherwise agents are responsible for the transfer of their passengers to and from the ship on time and in the case of clients’ late arrival the ship is not obliged to wait for the client in order to keep our schedule.
